Project Summary
CISCO has a high attrition rate. keeping talents is harder than hiring talents for them.
To deal with this problem, Cisco created ‘TALENT CLOUD’ with which employees can be actively engaged. The research and participatory workshop shows good evaluation result on CISCO HR system, but showed shortcomings in understanding truly what it is and how it can innovatively improve the employee experience.
Concept

To help employees analogously understand the new system by seeing the overwhelming flexibility,  adapt the physical attitude of the universe to visualize organization.
Signature brand value and brand recognition of CISCO is connectivity and CISCO UNIVERSE is a visualizer of it.
Design manifesto
Human changes slower than technology.
Talent cloud was born to free the employees from physical limits, but it must free them from their comfort zone first.
The employees prefer to work with people they feel close and comfortable. So the problem is not in the system but in the human mind.
UX CONCEPT
 IMPROVE MICRO MOMENTS AT NON-PLACES
We talked to office workers and made a journey of an employee’s general day inside an office building. 
In the office, there are locations that are contributing to 'networking' and being less productive.
But not surprisingly, that's also one of important role of office building. 

Closer to the sight, is how people feel closer to each other.
We can improve these moments to be connected with colleagues even from far away land.
In the beginning, Cisco introduced distance meeting technology they have. 
The idea was to use them not only for working but also for networking.
And the result is to improve non-places also non-moments.

CONTENTS - wall screen
DEFAULT VIEW - CISCO UNIVERSE
The default view of the screen is, of course, CISCO UNIVERSE.
On an immersive screen with Z value, every single face of employees will be displayed as planets, and users can explore the universe and nods with their eyes and hands.
Mainly there are two types of planets. First, employees, second projects.
Lines show how the planet is related with other planets, offering endless links of recommendations.
HOW IT WORKS

Each employees will have their planet. Planet's design is auto created by the data 

There are simple rules on how they look, according to the data they have behind so the employees can tell the differences between new planet, interesting dots, active dots from other thousands of dots.
HOLISTIC EXPERIENCE, BEFORE AND AFTER THE SCREEN INTERACTION 
CONTENTS - other media
The interactive screen helps users to experience the system in an immersive way.
There are other media supports such as PC, Tablet device, Media table to offer more complex features that users can’t use on a big wall. Instead, the small medias will have a simpler graphic for a better performance.
